Trisha is extremely familiar with all of our clinicians – their availability and schedules and also their specialities. If you are finding it difficult to choose a practitioner. Mind and Body Works is located at 64 Dominick Street Lower, Galway. We occupy the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor offices above Corless Formalwear. Our front door is at street level and is located to the right hand side of the Corless Formalwear shop. We have nine large well appointed counselling rooms over the three floors.
This central location is easily accessed from the wider Galway city and county. The Mills Bridge car park is located close by and there is plenty of Pay and Display street parking in close proximity of the centre. Galway Cathedral car park is within a 5 minute walk from our Dominick Street centre and it offer reasonable all day parking.

There is no time limit on the amount of sessions you can attend. Most of our therapists would advise that you might attend for six sessions and review after this to see if you wish to continue.
Most practitioners would recommend weekly sessions. In some circumstances fortnightly sessions may be possible. This is down to the individual therapist.
Each Therapist charges their own fee which can be viewed on their profile page. Our low cost counselling fee is provided for 30 euro.
Yes , in general all issues you discuss with your therapist remain confidential. There are some circumstances in which legal and ethical considerations are considered. Your therapist will discuss this with you at the first meeting
A session will last between 50 and 60 minutes depending on the individual therapist.
