Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Annette believes that every individual is unique and valuable and that we are all trying to move towards greater integration of mind, body and spirit. She believes in the individual’s ability to move beyond symptoms to a more meaningful life and that each person has the answers to this meaningful life within themselves.

Annette’s primary focus is to help you make changes in the here and now. At times it is both important and necessary to understand where certain patterns stem from in terms of understanding causes. She believes the best approach to therapy is one which encompasses a number of different models to facilitate the needs of each individual.
