Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach
Laura works in a pluralistic, outcome oriented way. The relationship between the cognitive and somatic is central to her therapeutic approach. As a contemporary psychotherapist, Laura approaches treatment with a consideration of existing psychobiological components of distress, recovery and development. Her approach works with the full life trajectory, focusing not just on the past, but ensuring the present moment, and future plans are considered.
She provides an open minded, and non-judgmental space to explore and process your emotions. Laura’s approach is dynamic and creative, which helps utilise all your strengths and different parts of the self. Laura’s therapeutic style aims to reconnect with your authentic self, and uncover your lost potential.
